Purpose of Role

As the Team Lead for Support functions to Ship Repairs projects, this person is responsible for planning, managing and deploying manpower and relevant resources to provide support for the following functions: Painting, Cleaning, Scaffolding, Security Escort of contractors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure scaffolding structures meet safety standards and are built to accommodate operational needs.
• Coordinate with other departments on timely erection and dismantling of scaffolding.

• Understanding various methods of surface preparation, coating material and industrial standards and regulations to painting works.
