Senior Engineer, Reliability (Instrumentation)
JOB PURPOSE
The jobholder is responsible to provide with engineering expertise in leading the Instrumentation Reliability for Borouge’s Plants (B1 /B2/ B3), and Equipment in line with the international engineering standards and best practices to enhance the Operations’ operability, productivity, quality, and capacity.
This role includes; to develop or update maintenance strategies, lead or participate in high severity incidents and equipment failures, Asset Criticality Analysis, proactive risk management, perform Reliability Centred Maintenance, End of life management, Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) study of Instrumentation system, bad actor management, standardization of best practices, carrying out analysis of equipment performance, failure data and corrective maintenance history; while ensuring that the Instrumentation Reliability Process is established and maintained.
