Senior Engineer Process Integration

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead yield/Inline/PCM/DD and quality improvement programs.
• Assess and disposition lots to ensure delivered products meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standards.
• Investigate and provide rapid feedback to production lines when PCM/Inline/DD trends deviate or drift.
• Identify product, technology or process margin related problems and collaborate with PI/UPE/T to resolve them.
• Create, release and maintain process routes.
• Perform DOE splits for process margin studies and DOE for optimizing product performance (ruggedness and performance).
• Support new product releases, production tool releases (PCRB), technology transfer projects and ramp‑up of new technologies.
• Monitor and work with PI/UPE to ensure stability of PCM/Inline/DD trends and parameters.
