Senior Engineer - Process Engineering

Overview

Senior Engineer - Process Engineering is responsible for execution of key improvement programs to improve process, product quality, prevent customer complaints, increase process & mechanical yield, generate systems and procedure, and perform qualification of new process, material and equipment.

Responsibilities

• PROCESS YIELD IMPROVEMENT - To improve process & mechanical yield, monitor and identify opportunities to reduce scrappage and define appropriate improvement actions
  • Manages daily issues and defines actions that prevent recurrence
  • Provides technical support to Production in the analysis and disposition of non-conforming lots and equipment, whenever necessary
  • Plans and execute MSA requirements of identified process stations and equipment
• CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS - To ensure zero recurrence of customer complaints
