Job Description
Responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of construction documents on-site, while supporting discipline engineers across other projects as needed. Provides technical support to the ARE/RE and coordinates with the design office, contractor, and client representatives to ensure construction aligns with approved plans and specifications.
Job Duties:
- Plan, supervise, and administer projects, applying expertise in design principles, construction procedures, regulatory requirements, zoning laws, and applicable codes and specifications.
- Review engineering details as needed to support accurate and timely execution of works.
- Ensure the contractor delivers the design intent as envisioned by the design engineer, and resolve any on-site design challenges.
