MES Super Key User – Critical Manufacturing
Location: Flexible across North America (Juarez Mexico / Yankton SD USA / Columbus NEUSA) to support and drive excellence across our North American operations.
This role acts as the central point of expertise for MES‐related topics, ensuring system stability, continuous improvement, and successful deployment of new functionalities and projects.
Responsibilities
Provide first‐level support for local and regional CM Key Users
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate escalation when required
Ensure smooth day‐to‐day operation of the MES system
Support the extension and enhancement of MES (Critical Manufacturing) functional modules
Identify improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes and system usage
Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement enhancements
Train shopfloor users, engineers, and key users on MES functionalities
