Senior Engineer I, Digital Technical Support
This position offers an opportunity to provide direct sales support to the Digital Sales team for customers in the Middle East and Africa regions. You will respond to customer inquiries related to proposal generation, purchase order processing, technical questions, and other concerns through email or phone, ensuring accurate solutions and timely booking of customer orders.
Responsibilities
- Proactively work with customers to resolve open issues or pending clarifications.
- Assist and handle customer issues or concerns and coordinate with relevant parties for resolution.
- Review and answer technical inquiries from customers related to applications, products, and processes.
