Senior Engineer I - Backend (Xico)

We are looking for an unconventional, high-energy engineer to own the backend architecture and build the core systems of a high-growth AI startup backed by top-tier general accelerators.

Working directly with the CEO and CTO, you will play a critical role in setting engineering standards and designing an AI orchestration engine that transforms plain language inputs into executable workflows for global enterprises.

• Own the Architecture: Ensure backend systems are scalable, modular, enterprise-ready, and highly secure.
• Build AI Engines: Design and develop the core AI orchestration engine utilizing LLM frameworks and advanced data modeling.
• Develop Integrations: Create robust integrations with critical enterprise tools like Slack, Teams, HubSpot, and SAP.
• Drive Product DNA: Turn ideas into high-impact, production‑ready features at startup speed.
