Plan and manage equipment overhauls for the entire generating fleet.
Develop multi-year capital plans prioritizing projects based on capacity, reliability, safety, environmental risks, and cost-saving or performance improvement opportunities; consider funding, resourcing, operational, regulatory, and technical constraints to be practical and ambitious.
