Senior Engineer Equipment (Test Handler)

Responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing final test equipment within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role focuses on driving equipment performance, improving uptime and efficiency, and leading maintenance, cost, quality, and yield improvement initiatives.

• Responsible for maintaining a group of Final Test Equipment
• Drive & improve equipment uptime performance to achieve target equipment efficiency
• Drive & implement maintenance cost, quality & yield improvement projects
• Preventive and predictive maintenance improvement program to maintain equipment stability
• Equipment spare part management
• Impart equipment knowledge and skill to shopfloor maintenance team
• Troubleshoot and resolve major breakdown equipment
• Expert in the following areas:
  • Equipment/Handler Change kit conversion
  • Handler critical parameter control (e.g., mechanical alignment, pressure, motor...
