Responsibilities
- Responsible for tester installation, re-configuration, upgrade, repair and debug
- Identify and execute continuous improvement to improve test performance and OEE
- Generate technical gap analysis of new hardware, software and license requirement
- Provide technical training to production personnel
- Coordinate and lead machine suppliers on project costing and time management
- Support audit / visit and render assistance in solving outstanding/quality issues
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in any engineering field or equivalent
- Knowledge of equipment, testers, handlers
- Prior experience in equipment troubleshoot, maintenance and repair
- Semiconductor Programming & Application skills
- Good planning & organizing ability and a team player
- Familiar with Quality Management - Problem Solving, SPC, DOE, FMEA
