Senior Engineer – Developer Velocity

As part of the Developer Velocity Squad within Levi's Shared Platform & Services Technology Organization, this role focuses on accelerating software development speed and quality by eliminating bottlenecks, optimizing development tools and processes, and enhancing overall developer effectiveness and experience.
Responsibilities
Standardize, implement, and maintain the Enterprise DevOps Toolchain.
Design and implement scalable service catalogs, DevOps automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and workflows including advanced deployment strategies such as blue‐green and canary releases.
Drive adoption of AI‐enabled DevOps and engineering practices to improve developer productivity, accelerate delivery cycles, reduce operational overhead, and enable intelligent decision‐making across the software development lifecycle.
