Senior Engineer, Design

**Job Summary/Overview**:The Senior Design Engineer (New Product Development) is the primary responsible to develop the technical solution for the design & introduction of new products.Encompassing the design, detailing, and testing of parts/assemblies/products to meet market needs, product development guidelines, product performance, product standards, safety, and quality.The Sr.Design Engineer demonstrates leadership, technical competence and keeps close collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing and Marketing to complete projects on time, budget, quality and safety.These tasks are all done in a fast-paced project-based environment.
