Responsibilities Support disaster recovery flips and collaborate with internal teams.
Document and maintain support knowledge base.
Assist in user access reviews, audit reviews, and IDM reviews.
Multitask and manage ongoing issues simultaneously.
Collaborate with third parties for the services integrated with FPI platform, when needed, for trouble‐shooting efforts.
Collaborates cross-functionally with business users, project managers and other engineers to run production issue reports and metrics.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Depending on size and complexity of project, may also be assigned to perform duties of project.
Qualifications Functional & Technical Skills Knowledge in front end and backend software technologies.
Experience working on cloud and digital platforms.
Experience with Lean and Agile methodologies.
Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, designers, and product owners.
