Senior Enforcement Attorney — Remote Energy Regulation

WECC is seeking a Senior-level Enforcement Attorney to process noncompliance with regulatory standards. This role is remote-eligible for residents in the lower 48 U.S. states, with travel expectations of at least 15%.

The successful candidate will ensure risks to the Bulk-Power System are minimized, conduct legal research, lead investigations, and provide legal and technical expertise.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $96,700 to $120,900, along with excellent benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.
