The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Energy Design Consultant to join our multi‑disciplinary Energy team in our Johannesburg Office or Cape Town Office South Africa.
Due to continued business growth and increasing client demand in response to the urgent need to decarbonise the economies of South Africa and other African countries, Arup is seeking a Senior Engineer to support the delivery of energy projects.
Responsibilities
Supporting the further growth, development and service delivery of the energy consulting team, with a focus on multi‑disciplinary aspects of our projects, but also business development and project management (leading our internal teams) on PV, wind, battery storage, green hydrogen, energy transition and mini/micro‑grid projects.
