Senior Endpoint Security Operations Analyst (Global Security)

What is the opportunity?

Senior Endpoint Security Operations Analyst will provide in‑depth technical expertise, consulting and advisory on a suite of applications for the Cyber Technology Service Operations team within RBC’s Global Cyber Security environment supporting the Royal Bank of Canada. The role ensures prompt resolution to production problems and partners across IT and with assigned business lines to assess, research, and analyze business, technical, and system needs to maintain RBC security posture.

What Will You Do?

• Coordinate Change Management activities with Integration, Engineering, Application Teams, and CTO Operations.
• Assist the CTO Operations Team with day‑to‑day Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
