Job Description

Senior Endpoint Security Operations Analyst will provide in-depth technical expertise, consulting and advisory on a suite of applications for the Cyber Technology Service Operations team within RBC’s Global Cyber Security environment supporting the Royal Bank of Canada. The Senior Endpoint Security Operations Analyst will ensure prompt resolution to any production problems and partners across IT and with assigned business line(s) to assess, research, and analyze business, technical and system needs to maintain RBC security posture.

What Will You Do?

• Coordinate Change Management activities with Integration, Engineering, Application Teams and CTO Operations
• Assist CTO Operations Team with day-to-day Incident / Change / Problem Management
