What you’ll be doing
You’ll join CIBC’s Enterprise Endpoint Compute team as a Senior Endpoint Analyst, supporting the quality and reliability of Windows endpoint solutions before they are deployed at enterprise scale. In this role, you’ll work hands‑on in the endpoint lab to validate operating systems, hardware, drivers, firmware, and automation solutions. You’ll partner closely with endpoint engineers to ensure solutions produce consistent, repeatable results and meet defined quality standards. You’ll also clearly communicate findings, test outcomes, and remediation recommendations to technical partners to support informed decision‑making. You’ll work alongside experienced and knowledgeable mentors within the team who support skill development, knowledge sharing and professional growth. You’ll contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing to support engineering and operational teams.
