Senior End-User Support Lead (L3)

VIONDATA PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior End-User Support Engineer (L3) in Singapore to act as the highest level of escalation for complex end-user computing incidents. This role involves mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with various teams to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, possess 7+ years of experience in end-user support (with at least 2 years at L3), and have strong skills in PowerShell scripting and Windows OS internals. ITIL certification is required.
