The Senior Employee Services Specialist is a key member of the People & Culture team responsible for the effective delivery and continuous improvement of employee services programs across a growing workforce of approximately 300 employees. The position is based in either Richmond (BC), Chilliwack (BC) or Mississauga (ON) and supports a multi‑site environment that includes one corporate office and manufacturing site in Mississauga, two manufacturing sites in British Columbia, and an innovation center in Quebec.

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for multiple employee groups (hourly and salaried) across several provinces and three manufacturing sites, working closely with third‑party payroll providers.
