Senior Employee Relations Architect & Advisory

Super, a global technology group leading entertainment and fan experiences, is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to build scalable ER and compliance frameworks across its international business. You will work with HR, Legal and leadership to design policies, train teams, and provide expert advisory support while empowering local HR teams to handle day-to-day issues.

Fluency in English required; travel may be involved as we expand across Europe.
