Senior Elevator Services Operations Leader

TK Elevator Malaysia is seeking a senior leader to manage field service operations for lifts and escalators. You will oversee maintenance, drive KPI targets, and lead a team of supervisors, engineers and technicians to deliver reliable service.

Ideal candidates will have 8–10 years in the lift industry with at least 3 years in leadership, strong regulatory knowledge (DOSH/EHS) and a proven record in safety and customer satisfaction. Emphasis on process improvements and budget stewardship.
