This position reports to: Engineering Manager

This role is contributing to the NEMA Baldor/Reliance Custom Motor Design Engineering Team in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco. Main stakeholders are Product Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales.

Your role and responsibilities Design and specify electrical components for custom NEMA motors with complete winding designs, technical specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOM). Apply engineering principles and sound judgment to optimize motor performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Perform engineering calculations including performance analysis, thermal considerations, and regulatory compliance verification. Develop winding designs and electrical specifications for manufacturing, fabrication, and construction.
