Senior Electrical Engineering Manager

Job Description

The Senior Electrical Engineering Manager is part of the Engineering Solutions Group at XP Power Philippines and is responsible for both technical leadership and people leadership in the development of custom power delivery solutions. These solutions include DC/DC, AC/DC, low- and high-power, and low- and high- voltage power supplies.

This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with engineering management, leading a team of electrical engineers through the full product lifecycle, from concept and architecture through qualification and volume production, while meeting customer, quality, cost, schedule, and reliability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of DC/DC and AC/DC switch‑mode power supplies using a variety of power conversion topologies.
