Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in delivering improvements to all aspects of Alcoa’s electrical equipment and systems via the transfer of best equipment, operating, engineering and maintenance practices.
• Provide subject matter expertise (SME) technical support for Alcoa’s electrical equipment and systems to ensure optimal asset availability to support continuous operations.
• Provide electrical SME input to the Asset Management Capital annual and long‑term planning process for electrical equipment and systems and decarbonisation projects.
