Senior Electrical Engineer

Position

We are seeking a full‑time Senior Electrical Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead electrical projects and a project team of engineers and designers.
• Oversee and support the electrical designers in developing other electrical drawings such as cable schedules, motor control schematics, wiring diagrams, etc.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables and budgets.
• Manage change on projects.
• Produce manhour estimates for new jobs.
• Produce electrical MTOs.
• Specify and procure electrical equipment such as MCC’s, VFD’s, UPS systems, heat trace controllers, harmonic filters, electrical buildings and inductor motors.
• Support mechanical engineers in the specification of equipment such as pumps, compressors, process equipment packages.
• Develop load lists, electrical equipment lists and other calculations to support the sizing and specification of equipment.
