Senior EHS&S Technician (Ergonomics Focus)

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Ergonomics, Occupational Safety, and ELSSA (IMSS Certification) programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, corporate standards, and departmental objectives.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and risk evaluations using methodologies such as RULA, ROSA, REBA, Ergonomic Job Assessment (EJA), NIOSH, and other ergonomic tools to identify hazards and implement risk reduction measures.
• Investigate occupational injuries, incidents, near misses, and work‑related illnesses, including coordination and follow‑up of ST‑7 and ST‑9 cases, identifying root causes and verifying implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
