Senior EHS Leader - Regional Safety and Wellbeing

Ericsson Malaysia is seeking an experienced EHS leader to own health, safety and wellbeing across MOAI operations. You will oversee risk governance for field operations, office and remote workers, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Ericsson's global standards.

Reporting to the Head of Network Operations – MOAI, you will build a small specialist team, drive psychosocial risk programs, manage workers’ compensation performance, and partner with stakeholders to reduce incidents.
