  • Participate in customer-facing meetings, including onboarding sessions, business reviews, and strategic planning discussions, to position education services as a value driver.

  •  Proactively promote training offerings to customers and internal stakeholders, aligning solutions with business needs and customer objectives.

  • Support customer enablement by recommending tailored training paths and helping customers navigate available resources and certification programs.

  • Handle customer escalations related to training delivery, registration issues, or certification concerns, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
