Senior Ecommerce P&L & Conversion Lead

Gentis is seeking a senior e-commerce manager to own the P&L of our online sales activity end to end from Dubai, UAE. You will be accountable for revenue, conversion, AOV, and margin across all sales events, setting targets and defending the numbers with leadership.

You’ll lead the commercial roadmap, oversee pricing logic and merchandising, and collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to optimize site performance and customer experience. Fluency in English required.
