Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• The professional will participate in implementation projects for the Sales, Marketing (Insights), Customer Service and Field Service modules of Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Conduct business scenario discovery and map the client's processes and procedures, taking Dynamics 365 CRM functionality into account when designing the solution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Ability to articulate the vision of proposed solutions during functional discovery sessions with the client.
• Prior experience working as a Functional Consultant on at least one of the mentioned platforms.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation and specifications.
• Experience implementing projects using Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with the platform's native features (preferred).
• Knowledge of Power Platform (preferred).
