Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D engineering designs and models.
- Produce complex manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication drawings.
- Review and approve drawings prepared by junior draughtsmen.
- Lead design and product development projects.
- Generate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Support engineering calculations and design verification activities.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
- Investigate and resolve technical drawing and manufacturing issues.
- Mentor and train junior draughtsmen.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate drawing deliverables to meet project deadlines.
