Role Purpose
To prepare, review, and coordinate infrastructure, roads, earthworks, and marine works drawings, ensuring accuracy, compliance with specifications, and timely submission for approvals.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and details for civil and infrastructure works
- Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors for drawing requirements.
- Review IFC drawings and prepare RFIs for discrepancies.
- Ensure drawings meet project specifications and authority requirements.
- Train and mentor junior draftsmen.
- Maintain drawing records and ensure timely submissions.
- Review utility layouts and identify clashes between wet and dry utilities prior to submission and construction.
