The Senior Draftsman Civil and MEP will be responsible for preparing detailed engineering drawings and coordinating all drafting activities related to civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The role requires close coordination with engineers, project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction drawings for civil, architectural, and MEP works.
- Develop and revise layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed engineering drawings based on project requirements.
- Coordinate civil and MEP drawings to identify and eliminate clashes before construction.
- Prepare material submittal drawings and authority submission drawings where required.
- Review consultant comments and incorporate revisions into approved drawings.
