Position Description

Reporting to the Director of Communications and Donor Engagement, the Senior Manager, Donor Experience will provide leadership in the development and execution of a comprehensive fund development program for Indwell that includes the annual campaign, capital campaigns for new projects, major gift solicitation, foundation relations, and planned giving. This position will also have a specific focus on major donor gift cultivation in the greater Hamilton (GHA) area, as well as provide support to regions without a Community Donor Engagement (CDE) staff representative.

Hours and Location of Work
