**Job Overview**:
Handle and manage a small group of document controllers into a single project.
Set up Document Control System on the project.
Prepares L3 project-specific document control procedure in line with contractual requirements and obtains approval from Clients and/or PMT.
Prepare project-specific document distribution matrix in line with project requirements and obtain approval from the PM.
Plan operational and document storage space on projects.
Set up a filing system based on project requirements.
Maintain up-to-date document register of documents and drawings.
Issue documents and drawings and update the Electronic Database Management System that covers Engineering, Fabrication, Procurement, and Vendor deliverables.
Develop document control status reports.
Attend engineering and vendor meetings with clients and PMT, as required.
Help with vendor data queries related to project requirements.
