  • 充分了解公司战略并能运用到工作中
  • 分配年度、季度、月度的资源和活动(人员/预算/活动)
  • 管理和辅导销售代表实现共同目标
  • 符合BMS 生物制药行为和合规政策方面的所有要求
  • 通过不同的沟通工具, 建立和维护与医生和KOL的持续的联系和沟通.
  • 提供卓越的客户服务,建立稳固的、长期的客户关系,以快速和专业的态度平衡多方需求
  • 深入收集客户信息,充分理解客户需求特别是在疾病管理方面的需求。和经理分享信息并寻求有效的方式去处理客户的反馈。
  • 分析客户类型和业务机会,并把这些信息转化为业务计划
  • 密切跟踪/了解竞争对手的市场活动,和经理、团队分享自己创新的想法,从而获得竞争优势。
