Senior Director/Project Manager, SAP HR Payroll Transformation Initiative (Toronto)

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Director/Project Manager, SAP HR Payroll Transformation Initiative for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for a large-scale payroll transformation program
• Lead multiple critical workstreams, including data conversion, testing, and systems integration
• Oversee program financials, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Manage and coordinate internal stakeholders, including Payroll, HR, and IT teams
• Lead relationships with external vendors and implementation partners
• Prepare and deliver executive updates and communications to VP/SVP stakeholders
