As a (Senior) Director Strategy & AI Transformation at vector8 in Switzerland, you act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite leaders across Financial Services and Insurance, shaping and delivering enterprise‑wide AI‑driven transformation agendas. You originate and lead high‑impact engagements – from defining strategic ambition and unlocking new growth opportunities to driving large‑scale implementation across operating models, technology and culture.
