The Senior Director of INS is a senior technology leadership role responsible for the reliability, availability, and operational excellence of the enterprise network at global scale. This leader will drive a proactive, prevention‑first operating model, shifting the organization from reactive incident response to predictive, automated, and self‑healing network operations.
