The Frazer Jones team is partnering closely with a largescale B2B multinational organization that is embarking on a significant enterprisewide transformation agenda. This is a senior executive HR leadership role responsible for the APAC region. The role is well-suited for a highly seasoned HR leader who has a proven track record in matrixed, B2B environments and is comfortable operating as a strategic advisor to top management and the Board. You will lead a team of 12 across different markets to shape and execute the people agenda at an enterprise level, ensuring talent, leadership, culture, and organisation design are fully aligned with longterm business strategy. This is a permanent, fulltime position based in Singapore.
