Senior Director, Head of Field Reimbursement

Job Summary

The Senior Director, Head of Field Reimbursement, oversees teams that ensure patients can access their medications by removing potential reimbursement obstacles. This role acts as a bridge between Sun Pharma, its payers, and healthcare providers (HCPs). This role will provide leadership and management oversight of multiple Field Reimbursement teams across the Innovative Medicines product portfolios. This role also works closely with many other cross-functional teams to drive patient care model performance, drive business objectives, and is on the senior leadership team for the Market Access function. 

The Senior Director, Head of Field Reimbursement is a commercial leader with multiple Direct and Indirect Reports including Regional Business Directors and front-line Field Reimbursement Managers in the reporting structure and will be a critical partner with both internal and external Reimbursement Hubs and the internal Patient Access field team.
