Senior Director, Early S&E – Hematology & Cardio

CSL Plasma Inc. is seeking two Directors of Search & Evaluation to lead strategic sourcing in Hematology and Cardiovascular/Renal therapeutic areas. The role involves influencing therapeutic strategies, evaluating opportunities, and driving transactions. This position offers a hybrid working model, based in Zürich.

Ideal candidates will have a significant biopharma background, an advanced degree, and a scientific expertise in the relevant therapeutic areas. Responsibilities include building a robust pipeline of opportunities and partnering closely with Business Development. Travel may be required for sourcing activities.
