Position Summary: Manage overall marketing, including Brand marketing, Sports marketing, Trade marketing, and HG, SG products and DTC including ODS and e-comm operations.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
- Leads, builds, develops, and motivates a strong team of individuals to perform at the highest level; facilitates and fosters a continuous learning and collaboration environment within the team.
- Establish annual strategic marketing plan that is aligned with company objectives.
- Develop strategies and action plans that are in-line with brand’s core values.
- Prepare, manage, and control marketing working budgets.
