Senior Director - AI Product Operations & Solutions (Bengaluru)

The Role

As Senior Director of AI Solutions & Delivery, you will lead the team responsible for turning the Blue Machines platform into successful, repeatable enterprise deployments.

This is a senior ownership role at the intersection of product implementation, solutioning, and delivery execution. You will own customer delivery outcomes end-to-end—while building a scalable delivery model that protects product integrity and feeds real world learnings back into the platform.

This is not a traditional customer success or services role. Success is measured by time-bound project outcomes, not relationship management. Enterprise trust in voice AI is built at delivery. This role ensures what we sell is what customers experience—reliably, repeatedly, and at scale.
