Salesforce is hiring a Senior Director, Agentic Builder Leader to lead one of our most strategic AI delivery organizations within the ASEAN Solutions team. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can drive engineering excellence while operating at the executive level. This is not a traditional people manager, but a mission‑critical multiplier on the agentic frontier.

You will lead and scale a multi‑layered technical organization comprising Forward Deployed Engineers (Technical Builders), Deployment Strategists (Strategic Builders), and second‑line technical leaders who together deploy Agentforce and Data 360 solutions inside complex enterprise customer environments.
