Responsibilities
- Own the digital ecosystem roadmap for shared capabilities across web, app, acquisition, and retention touchpoints
- Translate commercial objectives from Ecommerce, Loyalty, and Paid Media into scalable platform solutions
- Define and prioritize product initiatives across CMS, promotions, checkout, and analytics
- Manage and mentor the App & Data Product Manager
- Partner with eCommerce, Loyalty, and Paid Media teams to ensure technical alignment
- Manage delivery with external agencies and engineering partners
