Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

Zen Educate is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to own our paid lead generation engine in the U.S. and help scale it further. We empower schools and teachers to give every child an inspiring education. We are growing quickly and want a data-driven marketer who combines analytics with creative instincts.

Responsibilities

• Own paid campaigns & performance: Plan, execute, and continuously optimise paid lead generation campaigns — primarily job boards, with expanding scope into Google Ads and Meta.
• Manage job boards like Indeed with craft and analytical rigour; test creatives, targeting, and strategies to identify what works and scale it.
