Senior DevOps Engineer - IaC, CI/CD, Kubernetes

Encora in Colombia is seeking a Senior DevOps to design and optimize scalable build infrastructure that supports secure, automated CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.

You will lead IaC architecture, manage Terraform configurations, and collaborate across engineering, QA, and operations to improve deployment reliability, performance, and security across hybrid or on‑prem environments.
